Homemade Pizza

Today, we made pizzas. I always forget how easy and rewarding it feels to make your own dough.
We used this simple recipe which even has photos and different directions for food processors and bread machines. I highly recommend doing it by hand, way more fun.

After we finished the dough, we had a good time chopping up veggies and other oddball toppings like hot dog. Irene made the fattest puffiest pizza ever and chose to top hers only with cheese.

Ez had the hotdog pizza special. And I went thin crust with veggies.

The fun with pizza is endless. Next time, I'm thinking we may make pizza people, you know, like gingerbread men. Why not?
